Probably received as a gift, this text (well-worn by its recipient prior to preservation) provides information on a wide range of topics related to house design, advice on construction materials, seasonal crop methods, potential domestic uses for a variety of local species, and other errata that could prove useful to a Lye inhabitant living in one of the more rural corners of the planet. The text has not been fully translated, but its recommendations for disease prevention have been studied by Laura Reinhardt in her work on Lye epidemics.
